Paulding Gymnastics located in Dallas, Ga (approximately 25 miles from downtown Atlanta) is a 17,000 square foot facility with a rapidly expanding competitive program. Our competitive team consists of 120+ athletes ranging from Level 1-10 and Xcel. We are seeking two highly motivated, team player individuals to join our excellent coaching staff!
Xcel Director:
Paulding Gymnastics is seeking a full time Xcel director/head coach. You will be responsible for the day to day organization and instruction of the xcel athletes. Prior coaching experience, strong spotting skills and excellent work ethic are required. Pay will be based on experience and references. Other job duties will include:
Budgeting for competitive season
Registering for meets
Selecting the xcel meet schedule
Lesson planning
Working together with our current compulsory staff
