FAQ for Gyms & Coaches
I’m a gym and I want to use Gymnastics Coach Finder! How does it work?
Sign up for a membership at Gymnastics Coach Finder so that you can search though coaches and post job openings! There are three levels of membership:
- Bronze Level – 1 Month Long for $29.99 and you can post up to 5 job openings
- Silver Level – 6 Months Long for $169.99 and you can post up to 10 job openings
- Gold Level – 1 Year Long for $179.99 and you can post as many job openings as you’d like
I’m not a gym, but I am looking to hire a gymnastics coach. Can I still use your services?
Yes! If you are a summer camp, afterschool program, or some other organization that is looking to hire a gymnastics coach, we invite you to use Gymnastics Coach Finder. You can still select one of the Gym subscriptions (Bronze, Silver or Gold Level), even if your company is not a gym.
How do I pay?
You can pay online safely with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). GCF is a secure website. You can tell if a website is secure by checking the beginning of the website. If it says “https://” instead of “http:/”, then you know that all communication between your browser and the website are encrypted. The “s” actually stands for “secure”. Always check to make sure you see the “https://” before making a payment on any site!
My gym is not located in the United States. Can I still use Gymnastics Coach Finder?
Yes! While our company is based out of the United States, we are very much an international organization. Between Gymnastics Coach Finder and its sister website, Dance Teacher Finder, we have helped people and companies in many countries on 6 different continents!
Before you check out, you can choose from a list of currencies if you do not want to pay in U.S. dollars.
When my subscription is up, will I automatically be charged again?
No! We personally know how frustrating it can be when you sign up for something thinking it’s a one time payment only to be charged again and again, so we do not employ any automatic renewal system.
What should I do when my membership is over?
Once your membership is over, you can buy another membership for whichever level you would like (gold, silver or bronze). If you had a bronze membership and enjoyed our services, you might want to purchase a higher subscription because it’s a lot less money per month.
I didn’t get an email from GCF when I registered (or when I reset my password). How can I fix this?
The email may have ended up in your spam folder – please check there first. If not, please let us know and we will take care of it.
I’m a coach and I want to use Gymnastics Coach Finder! How does it work?
Gymnastics Coach Finder is a great way for coaches to get coaching jobs!
First, register with the site for free here.
Next, fill out your profile so that gyms can know about your background, what you feel comfortable coaching, etc. You can list both where you live and if you’d be willing to move to another city for a job. You can fill out your profile here.
Finally, check out the job board to see if there any jobs available you’d like to have! If so, you can apply right away! You can view the job board here.
I don’t want to post my contact info online for everyone to see. What should I do?
No worries! We completely understand. That’s why only registered gyms can see your information. Your full name and contact info will not be available to anyone else, just gyms who can then contact you about jobs.
I did not receive an email at registration/to reset password. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder, as it may have ended up there. If you still don’t see it, please contact us and we will make sure you get it.
