Job Requirements
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and leading your Instructor Team.
Collaborate with Office and Executive Management growing enrollment.
Lead and mentor staff at monthly meetings.
Teach gymnastics classes and events for children ages 12 months to 18 years.
Organized in lesson planning, communication, and leadership.
Be available to work full time between 25-30 hours per week with 10 – 15 hours of administration time weekly.
Qualifications
USA Gymnastics Professional Membership.
Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, Child Development, Physical Education or related subjects
Be enthusiastic, positive and enjoy working with children.
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience instructing recreational gymnastics.
Must be able to lift and move equipment.
Must be able and willing to spot students.
