East Bay Gymnastics is looking for passionate and experienced Recreational and Compulsory Team Coaches to join our growing program. If you’re dedicated to athlete development and creating a positive training environment, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Recreational Coaches
• Experience coaching beginner to advanced recreational gymnastics
• Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for inspiring young athletes and fostering a love for gymnastics
Compulsory Team Coaches
• Experience coaching USAG Levels 2-5 with a strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and progressions
• Ability to develop athletes’ foundational skills and competitive mindset
• Strong spotting and progression-based coaching methods
• Commitment to athlete growth, discipline, and long-term success
