We are changing the world – one awesome kid at a time!  Jump Start Gymnastics & Kids Activity Center in Peoria, IL is looking for an energetic and athletic leader to be our next great ! It is your responsibility to inspire and train children in the fastest-growing Ninja Sport in the industry – NinjaZone! Ideal for athletes with backgrounds in gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, or free running. If you love working with kids, have a kind heart, and a love for fitness… this is the ideal place for you!  We have fun but work hard, too… and we are changing the world – one awesome kid at a time.

What does a Ninja Zone Program Director do?

• Set up lesson plans that include creative and fun stations.

• Manage program enrollment, staff and efficiency
• Assist with program marketing and attracting new students

• Deliver our awesome NinjaZone curriculum in a memorable, captivating, and fun way
• Communicate openly, directly, and positively with parents, children, and co-workers
• Help children develop physically & mentally by learning things like independence, esteem, and patience
• Be a positive and encouraging influence on each child
