Job description

• The successful applicant will Head our Gymnastics coaching squad that runs gymnastic classes, extracurricular activities and camps at 5 major locations and schools in Hong Kong.

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable person with a proven track record in managing people and developing a gymnastics program.

• The candidate should also display an ability to run structured and enjoyable Gymnastics classes, which follow our Gym4Kids curriculum.

• They must have knowledge in the WAG AND MAG gym level system.

• Needs to be familiar with a competition environment.

• Responsible for developing our curriculum and designing progressive lesson plans for all staff members to work off.

• They will work with our Administration team to maintain class registers.

• Aid and assist our Marketing team with all gym4kids content and material.

• Expand our current venues and numbers.

Oversee recruitment of new coaches to the gymnastics team.

Job Requirements

• Must be proficient in Gymnastics with a minimum of level 2 coaching award and 3 years relevant experience.

• University degree or equivalent.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possession of an HKID or valid working visa permit is preferred.

• Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
