Meadowlands Gymnastics Academy in East Rutherford, New Jersey is hiring a girls team head coach!
This is a great growth opportunity! We are a fairly new gym, 7 years young, that is quickly growing! Our team needs a strong leader!
The main teams you will be working with immediately are our current USAG Levels 3-5, and our PRE USAG teams!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-2 years minimum as a team coach.
Compensation: Dependant upon experience.
We need someone who has the ability to take these gymnasts through to a minimum of USAG level 8.
You must have:
-strong leadership qualities
-love to work in a fun atmosphere
-positive and enthusiastic
-team player
-great communication skills, ability to communicate with parents and gymnasts as well as other staff members
-abilty to plan and coordinate team workouts with other team coaches
-strong spotting skills
-strong knowledge of the USAG program
-ability to progress and critique gymnasts in a positive manner
-lead training and development of all levels of gymnastics
-attend and coach all competitions
Certifications Required:
-Safety Certified, USA Gymnastics Membership,Background check, Safe Sport, CPR/First Aid Certified
