Chow’s Gymnastics is seeking an experienced, energetic, and passionate Full-Time Girls Team Coach to help lead and further develop our competitive girls program. We are looking for a coach who is committed to athlete development, values excellence, and wants to grow professionally within a nationally recognized organization.

This is more than a coaching position—it’s an opportunity to become part of a program with a proven history of developing athletes from beginner levels through State, Regional, National, World, and Olympic competition.

Responsibilities

        Coach athletes throughout the Girls Development Program.

• Implement progressive skill development and sound technical training.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and motivating training environment.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Support the continued growth and success of both our competitive team and recreational programs.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and athlete-centered coaching.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience coaching girls competitive gymnastics.
• Strong knowledge of Development Program training and progression.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive leadership qualities and strong parent communication.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continued professional growth.
