USA Sports, located in Hollister CA, is looking for a dedicated and motivated coach for our competitive JO girls team (possible Director position for the right applicant.)
Qualifications-
- Our ideal candidate has solid coaching experience through Level 10, as well as an understanding of fundamentals and skill progressions to reach Level 10, excellent spotting skills, familiarity with USAG JO routines and requirements
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to lead others and work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to verbally communicate with students, parents and co-workers, providing clear directions and assistance
- Energetic demeanor and positive approach to teaching, training and competition
- USAG Professional Membership, Background Screening
