Valley Twisters Gymnastics Club is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and organized individual for full-time Club Director/Girls Head Coach. Reporting to the VTG Board, the Club Director/Girls Head Coach provides leadership of the club and further development of the recreation and competitive programs. Additional responsibilities including, but not limited to, manage a budget, work with parents and gymnasts, plan and organize team meets, schedules and functions, provide direction and training for all coaches, and coordinate overall gymnastics club operations.
We are a not for profit organization with over 100 gymnasts in our beautiful facility with up-to-date equipment. Valley Twisters is located in majestic Valley City, ND known as the City of Bridges and home of Valley City State University. The cost of living is low and the economy is great.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge through level 10. USAG member.
Position is for Club Director and Head Girls coach, but we would be willing to split the responsibilities.
Compensation:
Based on experience and abilities. $40,000 -$50,000 plus benefits.
