Nashville has been growing so much that according to the Nashville Business Journal, it may soon overtake Memphis as Tennessee’s largest city. In fact, Davidson County has been growing at a rate of around 10,000 new residents each year since 2010.
According to the Times Free Press, metro Chattanooga has grown by 3.7% over the past five years. Per the article, people are moving to Chattanooga, TN due to the jobs in the area.
