Things are looking great right now for gymnastics clubs operating in Memphis, Tennessee – and gymnastics coaches, too. According to the Memphis Daily News, the Memphis and Shelby County housing market recently experienced a 28% increase in total home sales for the area and the largest number of new-home permits since the housing market crash.

Jobs should be available in Johnson City, Tennessee for gymnastics coaches. Over the past year, unemployment fell 11.3% in Johnson City, according to the Johnson City Press. The Tri-Cities area added more jobs this year, with Johnson City topping Bristol and Kingsport with the largest employment growth and unemployment drop.

According to the Columbia Daily Herald, interest in gymnastics in Columbia, Tennessee increases every four years following the Olympics. Well since this is an Olympic year, it would not be a surprise to see gymnastics clubs in Columbia needing to hire more gymnastics coaches.

During the 14 days that gymnasts compete their routines on the big stage of the Summer Olympics every 4 years, young gymnasts all over the USA are inspired to become competitive in gymnastics, including in East Tennessee, per the Knoxville Local 8 News.
This may mean that around now, Knoxville gyms are seeing an increase in their enrollment and as a result, they’ll need to hire more gymnastics coaches.

Murfreesboro, Tennessee is an ideal location for gymnastics programs and gymnastics coaches alike.
According to the Daily News Journal, Murfreesboro, Tennessee grew by 4.4% from July 2014 to 2015, making it the 13th fastest growing city in the nation of cities with at least 50,000 residents.
All of this growth means more potential students at gymnastics academies, which means more available jobs for gymnastics coaches.

Nashville, Tennessee gymnastics programs are going to have to hire more gymnastics coaches. Nashville has been growing so much that according to the Nashville Business Journal, it may soon overtake Memphis as Tennessee’s largest city. In fact, Davidson County has been growing at a rate of around 10,000 new residents each year since 2010.

According to the Times Free Press, metro Chattanooga has grown by 3.7% over the past five years. Per the article, people are moving to Chattanooga, TN due to the jobs in the area.
