Camp Taconic is a private, co-ed residential camp in Western, MA. We are located approximately 3 hours from NYC and 2 1/2 hours from Boston. We are home to 500 campers and over 200 staff members who join us for 7 weeks each summer.
We are looking for an experienced individual to take on the role as Director of Gymnastics. This person would be in charge of 2-3 other staff members, and responsible for building and planning a program for children ages 7-15. The Director of Gymnastics would work 6 activity periods each day, six days a week. We have children of mixed abilities. You would need to have prior coaching experience and ideally have competed at the collegiate level.
-Prior coaching experience
-competed in high school or college
-knowledge of floor, bars and beam
-ability to live and work at camp from June 9- August 13, 2019
