Come join our award winning program located in the San Francisco Bay Area! Bay Island Gymnastics is seeking part-time or full-time enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable individuals to work within our growing girls competitive program. We are hiring qualified individuals with experience coaching Women's Junior Olympic Levels 3-6.
Applicants must be able to work well within a team environment and have experience working with developmental programs through compulsory levels. Optional experience is a plus! Applicants should be dedicated to teaching excellent form and technique, utilizing proper progressions, and creating a positive learning environment.
Salary is competitive and based on experience. Full-time positions include health benefits, paid vacation, and paid sick time. Coaches are given the opportunity to expand their knowledge through USAG Congress, Workshops, and Region 1 Training Camps.
